Marketing & Communications Manager

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $125K-$135K/year + 10% bonus

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager for a growing organization in the Plano, TX area. This high-visibility individual contributor role combines marketing strategy, brand management, communications, content, and project execution.

You'll work closely with senior leadership and external partners while taking ownership of day-to-day marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic marketing generalist who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to influence an evolving brand.


Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies aligned with business priorities.

  • Serve as a key brand steward, maintaining consistent messaging and helping guide the continued evolution of the brand.

  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives, priorities, timelines, calendars, and deliverables from planning through execution.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and creative partners to keep projects aligned, on schedule, and moving forward.

  • Develop and coordinate content across digital, social, web, video, presentations, thought leadership, and other marketing channels.

  • Support external communications and executive messaging in partnership with internal stakeholders and outside resources.

  • Translate business priorities into clear, actionable marketing initiatives for internal and external audiences.

  • Track marketing KPIs and use performance insights to help guide recommendations and future initiatives.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, and/or brand management.

  • Strong B2B marketing and communications experience.

  • Experience contributing to brand strategy, brand development, or brand evolution.

  • Experience managing external agencies, consultants, vendors, or other marketing partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective content and communications across multiple channels and audiences.

  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Strong writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-directed and proactive approach with the ability to take initiative, ask questions, and drive work forward.

  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance measurement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
