Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a full-time, highly organized and creative marketing professional to drive content creation, asset coordination, and PR support initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping brand messaging across digital, social, events, and email channels while ensuring content production stays on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer with hands-on experience managing social media accounts, coordinating creative assets, and juggling multiple marketing projects simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy both creative development and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling, brand-aligned social media copy
  • Manage coordination of photography, video, and graphic assets
  • Oversee timelines for content production and asset delivery
  • Support trade show marketing and event-based PR initiatives
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, preferably using Mailchimp
  • Prepare marketing decks and presentations
  • Draft press releases and media materials

Qualifications

Required

  • 4 to 5 years of marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills
