As a Marketing Lead - New Branch within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based within PNC's footprint.

As the Marketing Lead for New Branch Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing strategy and leading the execution supporting PNC's new branches, including the company's aggressive $1.5B and 200 branch expansion plan through 2029. The successful candidate will help develop a multi-channel strategy to build community awareness, while driving consideration of PNC in newer markets. What you'll do:
Marketing ownership of the New Branch program
Supports the development and leads the execution of customer-centric strategic marketing plans based on business priorities to build awareness of PNC in new communities and increase consideration among prospective customers, with an eye for efficiency. This may include promotional cash offers, branch merchandising, direct mail, outdoor advertising, digital, radio, sales enablement.
Manage the New Branch marketing budget, ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework.
Manage the test and learn agenda to drive innovation, improve performance, and gain data and insights to optimize the marketing approach.
Measure past campaign performance/core KPIs and leverage data insights and competitive trends to create an interconnected strategy.
Deliver creative excellence through end-to-end creative development, from creative brief to execution by collaborating with agency partners, marketing colleagues, legal and compliance, sales and distribution.
Serve as subject matter expert on target audience behaviors, understanding how to translate value proposition into messaging that resonates with the desired audience to drive household growth.
Drive a customer-focused culture, leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge and using best-in-class, customer first strategies.
Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
