Senior Director, Partnership Marketing

The Sr. Director, Partnership Marketing will lead the company’s strategy and execution of new and existing partnership marketing efforts to drive new business and expand existing partnership revenue and EBITDA. Reporting to the CMO and working directly with the CRO, this leader will work closely with the Client Management and Product teams to optimize current marketing opportunities and develop new go to market strategies to optimize the partnerships. This leader will also work closely with the Business Development team to create innovative marketing and product strategies to acquire new partnerships for the organization.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be an accomplished multi-channel marketing strategist and have a strong background in campaign development and execution , preferably within the home services o r warranty category. They will possess diverse experience in all direct response marketing methods, including Direct Mail, Telesales, Digital, Email and Social in the business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) channel. The Sr. Director will be a key leader in shaping and executing the organization’s partnership marketing strategy and must have proven successes delivering results leveraging creativity while working cross-functionally internally and externally with partners.

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Director, Partnership Marketing will work directly or indirectly to:

• Research and understand existing and prospective partners’ objectives, customer profiles, volumes and requirements for broader organizational needs and leverage Cinch’s Multi-Channel marketing expertise to drive growth.

• Digital marketing capabilities to foster both demand creation and capture across our various partner channels.  Helping to support sales with more new partners, traffic and leads / prospects. 

• Formulate optimal marketing solutions, working as required with Product Management and others, targeted to channel, partner, media and consumer segments to meet Cinch and partner needs in scaling distribution, revenue and EBITDA.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales/Account Management and others as needed to create partner-specific marketing solutions that are informed by organizational and partner needs.

• Design partner specific solutions, positioning and/or value propositions as required to drive differentiation, maximum distribution and profitability considerations for the partner and Cinch.

• Support Sales/Account Management (and the entire selling motion) as the marketing subject matter expert and primary contact for developing and presenting marketing solutions as needed.

• Collaboratively work cross functionally to continually optimize marketing distribution and performance to drive revenue and EBITDA to maximize Cinch and partner needs.

• Act as a change agent in accelerating the speed-to-market and iteration of marketing solutions to meet enterprise agility and profitability need.

Essential Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant business experience, including marketing strategy and execution experience. Experience in a B2B and reoccurring / annuity-based revenue models ideal.  

• Further experience in the home services or home warranty  markets a plus.

• Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to present comfortably with senior leaders and external clients

• Excellent analytical skills – ability to formulate logical, data-driven business insights and test new ideas to drive growth

• Strong leadership skills

• Comfort working collaboratively across multiple departments including but not limited to Client Management, Business Development and Product Management

• Ability to identify, prioritize, and focus on the tasks that drive the most value

• Ability to work independently to deliver tangible, measurable results

• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt quickly as things change

• Ability and willingness to travel to company and client location
