Position Overview
The Marketing Director for Gotcha Covered plays a pivotal role in driving execution, shaping marketing strategy, creating brand awareness and local lead generation for the brand. This role partners closely with brand leadership, franchise development, and franchise owners to ensure effective marketing execution across all channels. This leader will deliver measurable results through systems-driven execution, rigorous performance tracking, and collaborative alignment with cross-functional partners.

This leader will build scalable marketing systems, and turn strategy into measurable results - bringing structure, accountability, and creative discipline to how we run the offense.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and execute against an annual marketing brand plan to support Gotcha Covered's brand growth, franchisee success, and revenue goals
  • Lead, mentor, and challenge marketing team members and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes and foster accountability.
  • Align teams around clear goals, transparent communication, and a shared playbook for success.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, website performance, social media, and email campaigns
  • Build scalable marketing systems, dashboards, and processes that ensure every campaign has clear KPIs, accountability, and visibility.
  • Champion operational excellence and structured execution-"running the offense" with precision and consistency.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture with disciplined tracking, weekly reviews, and continuous optimization.
  • Use performance data to evaluate efficiency, allocate spend, and refine creative and channel strategies.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency across national and local marketing efforts
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and internal resources to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes on time and within budget
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership with clarity and confidence.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Franchise Support to ensure marketing programs meet franchisee and business needs.
  • Create transparency through consistent communication, shared dashboards, and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, training, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with brand objectives
  • Support new brand launches and initiatives that drive system-wide growth.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Data-driven and strong analytical acumen with expertise in campaign measurement, dashboards, and ROI tracking
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Proven success in building and running systems and processes that improve and scale marketing execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Experience in franchise, multi-location, or high-growth environments is a plus
