Marketing & Communications Manager

Full Time Management Atlanta, GA, US

Job Summary:

Momar, Inc., a privately owned, specialty chemical manufacturing company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join the Momar family.

The Marketing and Communications Manager owns the development and execution of marketing programs and communications that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support Momar's sales organization across its family of divisions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role blends brand and creative development, digital marketing, content, and communications.

The ideal candidate is a versatile, hands-on marketer who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, translate technical and industrial subject matter into clear and compelling messaging, and partner closely with sales, product, and divisional leaders to bring Momar's brand and solutions to life.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and strengthen Momar's corporate brand identity and voice, and ensure consistent application across all divisions, products, and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop sales enablement and marketing collateral, working closely with both sales and product line management throughout the process.
  • Assess, develop, and own internal communications strategy and implementation, including company announcements, newsletters, and ad hoc internal communications.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team, and track and report meaningful campaign performance metrics.
  • Work with internal and external partners to manage Momar's website content, SEO, and performance, and coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure content alignment across all channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to plan and execute permanent, seasonal, and one-off promotions — setting clear objectives and tracking and reporting results internally.
  • Manage the Momar promo shop, working closely with the promotional items vendor, and provide reporting and insights on promotional item usage and efficacy.
  • Support the CMO in developing the annual marketing plan and budget, and manage assigned projects and spend within budget.
  • Track marketing metrics and prepare regular reporting on campaign and program performance for marketing and sales leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., website CMS, email marketing, marketing automation/CRM, social media, and analytics tools).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company events and field visits.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, required.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing and/or communications experience, ideally in a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment, required.
  • Experience marketing in the specialty chemicals, industrial cleaning, food and beverage, or related manufacturing sectors preferred.

Physical Requirements

Sedentary / Office environment.

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. unassisted.
  • Frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers to handle/feel items, reach with hands and arms, stoop, bend, and talk or hear.
