Job description:
Geotech Engineering and Testing is currently in search of a Marketing Associate. This is a great position in a civil engineering firm. You will be responsible for assisting the business development team in managing existing clients along with gaining new ones.
Responsibilities:
  • Initiate calls to existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare proposal for new projects.
  • Generate new leaders for the Business Development team.
  • Update and maintain contact databases.
  • Go to meetings and functions with clientele, as necessary.
  • Assisting with writing proposals and RFQ's.
  • Answer incoming sales calls.
  • Must be able to work 45 hours a week.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.
  • Marketing and/or customer service experience.
  • Outgoing, pleasant personality.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Self-starter with initiative and work well with minimal supervision.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Teams and Zoom call experience preferred.
  • You must be able to attend meetings in the evenings or sometimes on Saturdays.
