Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of the firm's organic social media and employee advocacy program within the Owned Channels pillar. This role develops,schedulesand publishes organic content across LinkedIn, Meta, X and YouTube, amplifying firm campaigns, thought leadership and brand messaging to grow audience engagement and reach.

Partnering with the Senior Manager, Owned Channels and cross-functional marketing teams, the Specialist maintains the social content calendar, drives the firm's employee advocacy efforts and supports community management and audience engagement. The role uses analytics and social listening to optimize content performance and inform strategy.

This role also supports and maintains the firm's website, including publishing and updating web pages and ensuring content is accurate, timely and aligned with brand standards.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Executing and posting content across all the firm's social channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, X and YouTube.

  • Developing,schedulingand publishing organic social content aligned with campaigns andthought leadership.

  • Helping build the social content calendar and coordinate content needs across marketing teams.

  • Assisting with executing the employee advocacy program, enabling and encouraging employee content sharing.

  • Engaging with audiences, monitoring comments and support community management

  • Tracking social analytics, engagement and follower growth and deliver performance reporting.

  • Maintaining brand voice, messaging and visual consistency across social channels and the website.

  • Publishing, updating and maintaining website content, including service pages, industry pages, insights, event pages and other marketing content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand standards.

  • Building, testing and optimizing campaign landing pages that support lead generation, thought leadership and integrated marketing initiatives, while monitoring performance and recommending enhancements to improve user experience and conversions.

The kinds of people we want to talk to have many of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or a related role.

  • Experience managing organic social media channels for a corporate, agency or professional services organization preferred.

  • Experience with employee advocacy programs is a plus.

  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and web publishing best practices in WordPress preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Creative thinker who stays current on social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, communications, creative, web and business development teams.

  • Sound judgment in the responsible and ethical use of AI, including data privacy, client confidentiality, brand safety, and adherence to firm and professional governance standards.

  • A continuous-learning mindset that stays current on emerging AI tools and best practices and champions practical, responsible adoption across the marketing team.

The compensation for this position is $27.00 per hour. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
