Overview

The Marketing Associate at Carver Road supports the marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role involves a variety of tasks, including market research, content creation, social media management, event coordination, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Β· Assisting Marketing Manager & Vice President of Entertainment / Programming day to day needs. i.e. Calendars, E-Mail Calendar Scheduling, Reminders, etc.

Β· Assisting Marketing Manager for all and any ideation decks, one sheets and recaps.

Β· Attending all marketing, programming and operations meetings and providing minutes to Marketing team for all key takeaways.

Β· Formulating all agendas for all marketing meetings (weekly) for respective venues with Marketing Manager, Vice President Marketing and Vice President Programming & Entertainment.

Β· Overseeing and executing all Consumer Review Reports Weekly for dedicated brands of focus.

Β· Influencer outreach via Direct Messages on dedicated brand accounts and working closely with Marketing Manager.

Β· Developing systems with Marketing Manager, VP of Marketing & VP of Programming / Entertainment when in need and called upon.

Β· Executing all tracking programs within respective promotions via all brands. i.e. Taco Tuesdays at Flanker, etc.

Β· Community management on all social media platforms with Social Media Manager i.e. commenting, liking and engaging with consumer posts.

Β· Working and keeping organized on overall Social Media calendars with Marketing Manager.

Β· Learning and mastering the A/V Sound component at Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar for all event needs and assisting Operation Team.

Β· Generating UGC Content when in venue and working closely with Marketing Manager.

Β· Attending all photo shoots and video shoots with Marketing Manager to lend assistance (when applicable and needed).

Β· Always developing new social media creative admats for respective venues when in need.

Β· Managing and spearheading all β€œprint” jobs from a creative front with Marketing Manager, Vice Presidents of Marketing, Programming & Entertainment.

Qualifications

Β· Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or Communications.

Β· 1-3 years’ experience in past previous marketing hospitality roles.

Β· Preferred interest and knowledgeable in Sports and Entertainment.

Β· Must be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Plus in Canva, Adobe and other Platforms.

Β· Must be knowledgeable and understand Social Media Platforms

  • Meta, X, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn

Β· Knowing how to pivot at times when in need.

Β· Ability to multi-task multiple projects at once and understanding priority.

Β· Extremely organized and excellent communication + presentation skills.

Β· Well-rounded knowledge of all market segments, and channel sources, as well as ability to develop a strategic plan for each.

Β· Major plus in ability to edit content and produce.
