What You'll Do

As our Marketing & Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in promoting our brand and supporting the success of multiple departments. No two days are the same—you'll have the opportunity to create engaging content, manage digital platforms, support company promotions, and help tell the story of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the company website
  • Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • Developing creative marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Photographing truck inventory and maintaining online listings
  • Updating online inventory by removing sold equipment
  • Designing monthly promotional flyers and marketing materials
  • Collaborating with departments across the company on marketing projects
  • Staying current with industry and digital marketing trends
  • Assisting with customer mailings, promotional items, and branded materials
  • Providing administrative support for marketing and office operations as needed
