Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnership.
  • Oversee all aspects of exhibit and event projects from proposal through successful delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, production, project management, vendors, and logistics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of trade show exhibits and event programs.
  • Prepare and manage project estimates, provide onsite support and manage post-event reporting and invoicing.
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively address project needs to support client and company objectives.
  • Manage deliverables, project status, and timelines in collaboration with internal and external team members.
  • Stay up to date on tradeshows, experiential marketing, and event industry trends.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients and partners through proactive communication, presentations, and networking, supporting overall business development goals.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of professional experience in tradeshow account management, event marketing, or related field (agency or experiential environment preferred).
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills.
  • Experience preparing budgets, proposals, and reports.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to problem-solve under deadline pressure.

The initial compensation offered may be outside of this range and will be determined by multiple factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, and education. This role offers significant opportunities for growth in terms of role development and compensation.
This position is a hybrid role, requiring Tuesday - Thursday in the Webster, NY location.
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $70,000
Travel Required: 3-8 times per year
