Our ideal Residential Sales Associate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual who possesses excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close contracts through a consultative sales approach. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization, and classroom and on-the-job training is provided.
