TikTok Account Manager
The E-Commerce Account Manager (TikTok Shop) will be fully responsible for managing and growing Sunny Health & Fitness's TikTok Shop presence. This role will oversee platform performance, sales growth, inventory planning, promotional strategy, content coordination, and overall account health on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's TikTok Shop account end-to-end
  • Ensure account health, compliance, and adherence to TikTok Shop policies
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize for growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversion rate, and average order value
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and performance KPIs
  • Identify growth opportunities through promotions, campaigns, bundles, and pricing strategies
  • Manage TikTok platform campaigns, flash sales, and platform-driven promotions
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
  • Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand
  • Align inventory planning with campaign calendars and sales projections
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external creators/affiliates
  • Support TikTok Live selling initiatives
  • Ensure product listings are optimized (SEO, descriptions, images, videos)
