What You Will Do:

As part of Commercial Excellence, Guidehouse's Market Access & Strategic Teaming function serves as a strategic growth enabler, providing contract access, capture support, strategic teaming, and industry analyst relations management to help teams compete and win in the marketplace.

As part of this team, you will help manage the firm's portfolio of contract vehicles, strategic teaming relationships, and related business operations. Working closely with senior team members and stakeholders across the firm, you will coordinate contract management activities, conduct market research, perform data analysis, develop reports and communications, maintain critical business data, and support business development and capture efforts. This role will help ensure leaders and pursuit teams have timely, accurate information to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Data & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain contract vehicle, teaming, and market access datasets to support reporting and business development activities

  • Analyze contract vehicle utilization, task order activity, and market trends to support strategic decision-making

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency

Contract Management

  • Support the administration of Guidehouse's portfolio of government-wide contract vehicles, including contract modifications, reporting requirements, compliance activities, and contract maintenance

  • Coordinate contract deliverables, reporting requirements, and other activities necessary to maintain contract readiness and access

  • Maintain contract vehicle records, documentation, and tracking tools to support operational effectiveness

Strategic Teaming

  • Assist with Mentor-Protege Joint Venture administration, compliance, reporting, and operational coordination

  • Support strategic teaming initiatives, including maintenance of teaming partner information, market research, and analysis of partnership opportunities

Stakeholder Support & Communications

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking guidance on contract vehicle access, teaming structures, eligibility requirements, and acquisition strategy considerations

  • Respond to ad hoc data requests from business leaders, capture teams, and corporate stakeholders

  • Develop internal communications, reports, presentations, and other materials to support awareness of contract access, teaming opportunities, and acquisition-related developments

Innovation

  • Use AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, and other emerging capabilities to improve research, reporting, communications, and operational efficiency

  • Maintain and continuously improve the team's knowledge repositories, standard operating procedures, and operational documentation

What You Will Need:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting federal contracting, acquisition, business development, contract management, or related business operations functions.

  • Bachelor's Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

  • Experience with U.S. federal acquisition processes, contracting terminology, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and federal contract vehicles such as GWACs, IDIQs, and GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS).

  • Experience conducting market, acquisition, and business research using public and commercial sources such as GovWin, SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with structured data, reporting tools, and large datasets to develop insights, support decision-making, and respond to stakeholder requests.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting), and demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and information management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing reports, presentations, and other materials for operational and executive-level audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and learn new concepts quickly.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office.

  • This role will be hybrid, approximately 50% of the time in the office.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience developing prompts, automations, or AI-assisted workflows to support business operations.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools.

  • Experience supporting training, knowledge-sharing, or change management initiatives.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, or similar collaboration and workflow management tools.

  • Experience working with CRM and business development platforms such as Salesforce, GovWin CRM, or comparable systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
