Ahoy Captain — Ready to Chart Your Course in Sales?

Milicia Marine is growing — fast.
We are a family-owned, veteran-led marine dealership serving Southern Colorado, and we’re looking for a driven, personable, and motivated Marine Sales Professional to join our team.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait role.
This is an opportunity to:
  • Build your own pipeline
  • Work directly with customers
  • Grow into a high-earning sales career
  • Be part of a dealership that is actively expanding
If you’re someone who thrives on interaction, enjoys the outdoors, and wants your income tied directly to your performance — we want to talk to you.

⚓ About Milicia Marine

Milicia Marine is a rapidly growing dealership specializing in:
  • G3 Fishing Boats
  • SunCatcher Pontoons
  • Yamaha Outboards

We are building something different:
  • A customer-first buying experience
  • A high-performance service department
  • A dealership culture built on:
    • Quality Craftsmanship
    • Customer Commitment
    • Continuous Development

With expansion plans underway and increasing demand, this is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with us.
Position Overview (Sales First)

This is a sales-driven role focused on:
  • Building relationships

  • Generating and converting leads
  • Growing your personal book of business
You will be involved in the full customer journey, including:
  • Initial contact
  • Product education
  • Follow-up
  • Assisting in closing deals (with training and support)
Digital tools — including social media — are used to:
Help you generate leads and increase your income

Not to replace your role as a salesperson.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Sales & Customer Experience (Primary Focus)

  • Greet and engage walk-in customers with a strong first impression
  • Build relationships and identify customer needs

  • Maintain an active presence on platforms like Facebook Marketplace
  • Participate in dealership marketing efforts and promotions
  • Build your own repeat and referral customer base
Inventory, Presentation & Events

  • Assist in preparing boats for showings and delivery
  • Maintain a clean, professional showroom and lot
  • Participate in boat shows, expos, and dealership events
  • Help stage and present units at off-site events
Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Pay

  • Minimum wage base (~$31,600 annually)
  • Provides stability while you build your pipeline
Commission Structure

  • Commission paid on ALL major unit sales, including:

    • Boats

Earning Potential

  • Year 1 Expected Range: $45,000 – $70,000+
  • Top Performer Potential: $70,000 – $100,000+
Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and ability to build relationships.

  • On-site at Milicia Marine in Fountain, CO
  • Required participation in:

    • Boat shows

    • Special events

    • Promotions (including setup & teardown)

This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment — not a desk job.
Who We’re Looking For

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are:

  • Outgoing, personable, and easy to talk to
  • Motivated by performance-based income
  • Comfortable talking with customers all day
  • Organized and able to follow up consistently
  • Willing to learn and grow in a sales role
  • Interested in boating, outdoors, or powersports
Bonus (Not Required):
