Ground Liaison SME & Air-Surface Operations Analyst - Nellis AFB R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (R&K) is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with core capabilities in Mission Support, Engineering and Logistics, Cybersecurity and Intelligence, Environmental and Emergency Management, Exercise and Training, and Defense Healthcare in support of our Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian customers. Exercise GREEN FLAG provides a training venue for joint United States and coalition aircrew, air liaison officers, joint terminal attack controllers (JTACS), battle management personnel and weapons system operators in the planning and execution of joint air ground operations in counter-land operations.

R&K provides subject matter expertise (SME) necessary to support GREEN FLAG tactical exercises. Title: Ground Liaison Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Operations Analyst Location: Nellis AFB, NV Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Clearance: Secret Clearance and SAP Eligible Start Date: Upon Approval Duties: Ground Liaison Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Operations Analyst. This position will act as primary liaison between rotational ground units and Air Force assests during GF-N exercises while located at 549 CTS.

This role is critical for ensuring realistic and effective air-ground integration by embedding credible ground-force expertise within the Air Force planning and execution cycle. Provide U.S. Army (USA) and U.S.

Marine Corps (USMC) academic training focusing on each service's doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), organizational structure, and operational terms/graphics. Provide detailed operational situation awareness to supporting aircrew to include common operating picture of the battlespace encompassing locations of friendly and adversarial forces, routes of movement, common graphics, intelligence updates, and significant activity reports. Brief aircrew on operation plans including organization for combat, sustainment, maneuver, fire support (including Close Air Support) coordination, deception plans, areas of operations including enemy order of battle, critical installations and activities, i.e.

airfields, radar, communications, fuel storage sites, key terrain and lines of communications, and major fire support weapon locations and capabilities. Identify results of recent unit evaluations, major exercises and operations, and track calendar of major unit events. Maintain continuous situational awareness of the friendly and enemy order of battle.

Brief current exercise ground situation. Communicate the adversary ground commander's intent to friendly forces. Assist in planning and providing situation awareness during the development of training objectives.

Perform as the primary Red Team Ground Commander during exercises, if requested by 549 CTS. Establish battle rhythms to ensure proper flow of information. Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications: * Minimum of two (2) years as a U.S.

Army or U.S. Marine Corps Field Artillery officer that had duties including planning and executing field artillery fire support operations. * Experience includes controlling attack aviation in military operations * Must be knowledgeable on ground force tactics and operations, and employment and capabilities of commonly used * Must be familiar with JP 3-09, JP 3-09.3, and current TTPs Preferred Qualifications: * Ground Liaison Officer experience is highly desired R&K Enterprise Solutions is an equal opportunity employer encouraging individuals with disabilities and veterans to apply.
