Service Advisor / Shop Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Shop Supervisor to join our Stuart Florida team. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-touch, luxury service environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience from arrival through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the repair and PDI process through Quality Control.
  • Coordinate daily shop operations to ensure repair orders move efficiently and technicians remain productive.
  • Monitor workflow and prioritize jobs to maximize shop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Dispatch service calls to the appropriate technicians and responds promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues before they become problems through a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate repair order documentation and communicate repair status, timelines, and recommendations clearly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Service Advisor, Shop Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience in a luxury service environment such as high-end RVs, yachts, motorcoaches, marine, aviation, or premium automotive dealerships preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence with a “cradle to grave” mentality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); experience with Tekion, CDK, or other dealership management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
