Weโ€™re looking for a high-performing Motorcycle Service Advisor / Writer who thrives in a fast-paced dealership and knows how to turn service drive chaos into smooth, profitable workflow.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:

โ€ข Run the service counter with confidence and urgency

โ€ข Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain work to customers

โ€ข Recommend maintenance, repairs, and upgrades without hesitation

โ€ข Communicate constantly with technicians to keep jobs moving

โ€ข Manage service appointments, follow-ups, and approvals

โ€ข Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and warranty conversations like a pro

โ€ข Deliver top-tier customer service while driving service revenue

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

โ€ข Knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership

โ€ข Experience with POS computer software or general knowledge and experience with computers (required)

โ€ข Solid knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, repairs, and service terminology (preferred)

โ€ข Ability to upsell service ethically and effectively

โ€ข Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle

โ€ข Motorcycle license (preferred)
