Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marina Service Technician to join our team in Brookfield, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of boats and marina equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boats, including engines, electrical systems, plumbing, and hulls.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Assist with launching, docking, and securing boats safely.
  • Maintain and repair marina equipment such as lifts, pumps, and fueling systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and status updates.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Support the marina team with general upkeep and facility maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
