Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based, tailoring treatment methods to meet the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, maintaining effective communication with other health professionals.
  • Document clinical notes accurately and in compliance with ethical and legal standards while embracing confidentiality.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and workshops to remain updated on mental health research and evolving treatment methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this role includes a diverse patient population, specifically targeting individuals and families who have limited access to traditional mental health services. You will encounter a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your contributions will positively impact their quality of life, helping them rebuild their emotional health and achieve personal goals.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in the state of Washington as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in EMR software and familiarity with remote counseling tools.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary for this position ranges between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and availability of clients.
