This position allows you to work in a fully remote setting, promoting work-life balance while ensuring access to vital resources and support from our outpatient office. The outpatient model provides you with the flexibility to engage with clients in a comfortable environment, allowing for both in-office and telehealth sessions as needed.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering support to diverse populations, including families, couples, and individuals facing various mental health issues.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated client care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health treatment.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relational conflicts. Our goal is to reach underserved populations who may have limited access to mental health services, and we strive to create a welcoming space for all clients seeking support.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is necessary.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to facilitate efficient session documentation and billing processes.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings or with underserved populations will be an added advantage.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
