About this position

The CT Technologist performs computed tomography procedures in an efficient, accurate manner using prescribed techniques and protocols. Produces cross-sectional images for the diagnosis of medical issues and must be able to accurately interpret physicians' instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate CT scan equipment, and position customer s appropriately. Actively and consistently demonstrates the mission, vision, values and guiding principles of Maple Grove Hospital.

Requirements

Education

Must have graduated from an accredited radiology technology school.ย  ย 

Experience

Two+ years prior CT technologist experience.
Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customer s, families, guests, and all levels of team members.
Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form), clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict in a positive manner. Has an awareness of, responds to, and considers the needs, feelings and capabilities of others.
Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English. Must have good cross-sectional anatomy skills.ย ย 

Licensure/Certification

Must be ARRT certified in CT or eligible within one year of hire.
BLS certification required.

Salary Range:ย MG CT ($40.60 - $56.55), based on experienceย ย 

Shift Differential: $9.00
Night Differential: $13.00
Weekend Differential: $1.50
Off Premise Call: $8.00
