Summary:
Responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of technical solutions that align with business needs and organizational goals. Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and reliable. This includes analyzing business needs, evaluating potential solutions, selecting the appropriate technology stack within MAPFRE's ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive technical solutions that address business challenges and align with organizational objectives.
  • Create architecture designs, system diagrams, and technical documentation outlining the structure, components, and integration points of the solution.
  • Choose the appropriate technology stack, considering project constraints, performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions and their impact to stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the solution design, such as scalability challenges, security vulnerabilities, and integration issues.
  • Perform performance analysis on implemented solutions and identify areas for optimization.
  • Document best practices and share knowledge with other team members.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to the solution.
  • Oversee the solution's lifecycle, including implementation, maintenance, and enhancement.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $150,000 - $180,000
