Principal Data Scientist (Sales Performance Analytics)

We are looking for a Data Scientist Leader, who builds advanced analytics and AI models to evaluate next best actions and correlate AI performance and utilization to improvements in seller effectiveness / productivity. Sales and Sales Performance Measurement experience with Sales Analytics strongly desired.

Responsibilities
  • Build advanced analytics and AI models to evaluate next best actions.
  • Translate sales performance metrics into specific AI model goals.
  • Extract, analyze, and summarize data from multiple systems and develop actionable insights and visualizations using Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Measure AI model performance and its correlation to seller performance; present findings to senior leadership.
  • Identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects; monitor model and data drift.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, sales operations, and senior executives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Performance Measurement; strong desire for Sales analytics.
  • Leadership experience and understanding of Data Science.
  • Experience translating business stakeholder requirements into data science measurement.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, distributed computing tools such as Databricks and Cloud platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning libraries (Scikit‑learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, XGBoost, Random Forest, Logistic Regression).
  • Knowledge of model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME).
Preferred
  • Familiarity with Deep Learning, Neural Network or LLM models.
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools.
  • Experience with ETL tools (Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Informatica, Stitch).
  • Experience using NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with GenAI.
