Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate manufacturing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring production goals, quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a background in a manufacturing environment. This individual will work cross-functionally with operations, production, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure projects move efficiently through the manufacturing process while maintaining quality and operational excellence.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee manufacturing projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate project timelines, production schedules, and resource allocation to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Collaborate with production, operations, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Monitor workflow and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Track project status, priorities, and deliverables while proactively addressing potential delays or issues
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards, customer specifications, and company requirements
  • Analyze production metrics and implement strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and productivity
  • Lead and support manufacturing teams by providing direction, coaching, and problem-solving assistance

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment
