Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, independent Manufacturing Project Manager to drive complex electronics manufacturing and process improvement projects from concept to delivery.
You will be responsible for owning tasks without oversight, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that technical systems are delivered with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage projects from requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
  • Documentation & Planning: Author and maintain precise technical documentation, including SOPs and BOMs; manage project schedules using tools like Excel and Gantt charts.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate procurement, fabrication, and production resources to ensure seamless execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data and metrics to drive process improvements; support quoting efforts through labor and material estimation.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal technical teams.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Engineering Technology, Supply Chain & Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with project planning tools (Excel, Gantt charts), technical writing, and familiarity with MRP systems or BOMs.
  • Process Knowledge: Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen methods is a plus.
