Description
IntelliSource invites you to join our team as a Production Associate located on USA Parkway. Are you dependable, efficient, and ready to dive into a hands-on role at a dynamic, growing company?
The Production Associate will ensure the efficient movement and processing of materials to support production goals, facilitate the timely receipt of raw materials, and prepare finished goods for shipment, working collaboratively within specific safety and quality guidelines.
Pay - $25.30 to $26.45
6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday available
Location: This position is located on USA Parkway. There are no shuttles available for this position.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Support day-to-day operations of a continuously running production line, including material sampling, forklift operation, and performing actions within Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
  • Operate and train on production equipment and powered industrial equipment (forklifts).
  • Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory required for production areas.
  • Maintain accurate data and transactions within a manufacturing/production system.
  • Follow established production strategies to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, with a strong focus on the safe use of production and material-handling equipment.
  • Positively contributes within the team environment and collaborates across business units.
  • Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, attendance, conduct, quality, and ethical workplace behavior.
  • Working in an electrostatic discharge (ESD) environment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Must have reliable transportation. There is no shuttle available for this position.
  • Physical activities associated with this position include: standing, twisting, bending and repetitive hand motions.
  • 1+ years in a manufacturing/production or warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience in an electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting background roles preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow complex written work instructions.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to use scanners, label printers, and other IT/OT equipment.
  • Proficient hazard recognition skills.
