Manufacturing Production Associate | Salt Lake City, UT


Nexeo Staffing is hiring dependable Manufacturing Production Associates for an international nutraceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Salt Lake City. In this position, you will help produce and package high-quality health and wellness products in a clean, fast-paced production environment. Previous manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment used for blending, encapsulation, and packaging
  • Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials using scales and other equipment
  • Package, label, and prepare finished nutraceutical products
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Follow formulas, written instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
  • Complete production records clearly and accurately
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety standards
  • Perform repetitive production tasks while standing for extended periods


Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Good reading comprehension and clear, legible handwriting
  • Basic computer and accurate recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to follow sanitation, safety, and quality-control procedures
    • Preferred: Previous experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or production environments


Pay

$18.00-$18.75 per hour


Schedule

Full Time | Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • Swing Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
  • Graveyard Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
