Job description

Adecco is currently hiring 2nd shift Production Associates for a leading manufacturer in Marion, OH. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.


Job Responsibilities
  • Load and unload racks throughout the production process

  • Apply powder coating to parts based on production requirements

  • Ensure coating quality, consistency, and proper finish standards

  • Handle finished parts carefully to prevent damage

  • Package completed products for shipment or inventory

  • Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and booth areas


Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift

  • Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset


Shift
  • 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening hours)

  • 3PM-11PM

  • Overtime may be available

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
