Silgan Closures, a Fortune 500 global leader in sustainable packaging, is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates (Production Team Members) at our New Castle, Pennsylvania facility. This is a full-time Midnight shift manufacturing role offering steady hours, overtime, and long-term career stability. This position is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operator jobs.
This role is also commonly known as: Production Team Member, Production Operator, Assembly Worker, or Warehouse Production Worker.
