CentiMark Ltd. is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Operations Manager in Mississauga, ON! The Roofing Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of roofing projects both for Production and Service. They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

This role is paying a base salary of $90k - $100k plus bonus opportunity!

Job Summary:

  • Managing the financial statement
  • Recruiting and retaining qualified workers
  • Ensuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects
  • Keeping good lines of communication between sales and operations
  • Addressing any and all problems that may arise during the course of business
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:
  • 5 + Years exp in Commercial Roofing – Required
  • Candidate MUST be a current Canadian Citizen
  • Problem solving & time management skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate
  • Sales experience a plus
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Operations management experience preferred
  • A comprehensive understanding of the roofing industry is preferred
