Operations Manager โ€“ Inventory Operations


We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find an Operations Manager to help lead inventory operations within a brand-new distribution center.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for building inventory processes from the ground up while overseeing inventory control, material flow, cycle counting, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations through a team of supervisors and leads.


What you'll be doing:

โ€ข Lead and develop supervisors and warehouse teams

โ€ข Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements

โ€ข Oversee inbound material flow, replenishment, and inventory transactions within a WMS/ERP environment

โ€ข Establish KPIs and improve operational performance in a startup distribution environment

โ€ข Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, HR, and leadership

โ€ข Foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement


We're looking for someone with:

โ€ข 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing

โ€ข Strong inventory management and inventory control experience

โ€ข Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder experience is a plus)

โ€ข The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
