The business is experiencing growth, adding more complex production work and investing in advanced manufacturing capabilities to support expanding customer demand. Description This Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for: Managing all extrusion manufacturing operations. Providing technical leadership for extrusion processes and troubleshooting activities. Leading, coaching, and developing supervisors, leads, and operators. Driving training, cross-training, and workforce development initiatives. Monitoring production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics. Coordinating resources to meet production schedules and delivery requirements. Driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues. Collaborating with engineering and maintenance to improve processes and equipment performance. Supporting continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing KPIs. Profile A Successful Manufacturing Manager will have: 5+ years of extrusion, plastics manufacturing, or injection molding experience. Several years of manufacturing leadership experience.
