Schedule: 3X12 night shift 7pm-7am


Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of employees to ensure that they meet performance goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and take corrective action as needed.
  • Develop learning plans for new and existing employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all organizational goals and objectives are met.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance.

  • High School Diploma required, Associate degree or equivalent background preferred.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations. 
  • 3+ years experience in supervising others in a fast-paced work environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of general regulatory & safety processes and procedures.
