Job description

In this role, you will serve as one of two Associate Managers overseeing the Post DD 250 TridentIID5 missile processing effort, specifically the Vertical Missile Processing Building and Missile Service Unit operations. You will supervise a mixed exempt and non exempt workforce, handling production, staffing, training, and mentorship while ensuring that financial, safety, quality, and productivity targets are met in a zero defect, ethically driven environment. The position requires periodic odd shift work (approximately20% of the time) to support operational needs and may involve limited travel (less than5%).

The ideal candidate is self managing, action oriented, and focused on building strong teams; you must be able to deliver tangible business results and establish trust and credibility with customers, senior leadership, and employees.Please note that this position does NOT support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Silverdale, WA, and will be expected to work in the office.
