Job description

You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager (Level 4) for the PrSM INC-1 Missile Production Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) development, production, and rate acceleration efforts.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager (Level 4) you will be responsible for leading a team of Individual Contributors to deliver missile manufacturing solutions.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead and mentor Level 15 Individual Contributor employees.

  • Coordinate with Program Managers, IPT Leads, Chief Engineers, suppliers, and customers to align on program objectives.

  • Identify and communicate risks, driving corrective actions to meet schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets.

  • Oversee manufacturing processes and support rate acceleration initiatives for the PrSM program.

  • Travel as needed to support site activities and stakeholder engagements.
