Job Title:Associate, Manufacturing Engineering 

Job Location: Northhampton, MA 

Job Description: 

  • Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects   

  • Design develops and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems  

  • Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes   

  • Interface with engineering in coordinating the release of new products   

  • Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines   

  • Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations 

 

Qualifications: 

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field  or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age
