What Packaging Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health
Position requires the employee to be responsible for all aspects of assigned Technical Services projects from initiation to completion. These responsibilities include initiation of correspondence regarding a project, requesting samples, reviewing documentation, processing samples, performing testing, requesting testing from other departments / facilities, defect analysis processing, summary generation, data analysis as well as generation of interim and final reports.
Job Summary

Responsibilities
Generate data summaries with Microsoft Excel.
Data entry and query generation in Microsoft Access database.
Operation of various laboratory physical testing equipment
Correspond with other departments to ensure coordination and timely completion of projects.
Data analysis.
Review test results for accuracy and disposition.
Perform other related duties as assigned or warranted.
Write and update procedures as needed
Write & perform Equipment validations
Support other departments as needed
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience, preferred
High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
Adheres to all quality guidelines
Works under moderate degree of supervision
Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor
Anticipated hourly range:$21.20 per hour - $30.20 per hour
