Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Essex, CT (Moving to Hamden, CT in early 2027)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Opportunity
A growing manufacturing company is seeking Manufacturing Assemblers to join its team in Essex, CT. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who is willing and able to continue working at the company's new Hamden, CT location when the facility relocates in early 2027.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble products and components according to specifications
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, assembly, production, or similar experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
