Job description

D & K Solutions LLC is seeking motivated and reliable Construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation of manufactured homes, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Construction Technician, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects by supporting the team and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before, during, and after construction activities.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed

Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled team members

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members

Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials

Support the installation of manufactured homes as directed

Experience with Machinery is a plus

Building Experience/Builder laborer experience

Framing and/or Framing Laborer experience

Siding/Home exterior installation/Repair Experience

Home Leveling/Manufactured Home Installation Experience Helpful but not required

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site throughout the workday

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred.

Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities within the team.

Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
