Job description

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience operating a LeBlond manual lathe and machining large components ranging from 48" to 60" in size. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of producing high-quality work while maintaining efficiency.
Shift - 1st or 2nd both are available, you can pick
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate LeBlond manual lathe to machine large parts (48"-60")
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform measurements and inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Select appropriate tooling and calculate speeds/feeds
  • Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements
  • Proven experience operating manual lathes (LeBlond preferred)
  • Experience machining large parts/components

Preferred Qualifications:
