Your Role
As a Manual Lathe Machinist, you will operate manual lathe machines to produce precision components that meet exact specifications. You'll use technical skill and experience to ensure accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship in every part, while contributing to the quality and reputation that define Master Machining.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate various manual lathe machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawings
  • Verify that parts meet all print specifications using precision measuring tools
  • Perform regular machine maintenance and monitor tool wear
  • Load, indicate, and secure parts accurately to fixtures
  • Work efficiently to meet production timelines and maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure workflow efficiency

  • 3-5 years of hands-on manual lathe experience
