Data Entry Specialist (Field Representative I – BPO)
Location: Parma, OH (Onsite)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 yearsJob Summary

Seeking a highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to support high-volume manual data entry, validation, and digital document processing. The ideal candidate has strong ten-key/keyboard proficiency, can maintain 45+ WPM with zero errors, and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Medical document experience is a plus.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-speed manual data entry (10,000–15,000 keystrokes/hour).

  • Accurately verify data from incoming hardcopy and digital documents.

  • Validate automatically classified and extracted digital document data.

  • Confirm accuracy of automated redactions and correct as needed.

  • Complete manual metadata indexing for digital documents.

  • Perform quality control for digitally converted documents.

  • Validate checks, reconcile batches, and assist with check distributions.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to customer standards.

  • Maintain productivity, quality scores, and detailed documentation.

  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment.


Required Qualifications
  • Typing test (mandatory) — 45 WPM+ with zero errors (must be attached).

  • 10-key proficiency — 10,000+ keystrokes (must be listed on resume).

  • Minimum 2 years of data entry or related clerical experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
