We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Receive and process inbound shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting product conditions, and ensuring accurate receiving procedures
โ€ข Accurately enter inbound inventory data into the warehouse management system and maintain inventory accuracy
โ€ข Coordinate putaway operations and organize inventory according to warehouse standards and location requirements
โ€ข Handle exception cases such as damaged, missing, or mislabeled products and communicate with related teams for resolution
โ€ข Monitor inbound operational tickets and assist with inventory adjustments, transfer requests, and receiving follow-ups
โ€ข Maintain organized inbound documentation and generate inventory or receiving reports as needed
โ€ข Support daily warehouse operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not required
