As a Bilingual Warehouse Operation Assistant, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be essential in overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes, and managing order fulfillment. With strong organizational and analytical abilities, you will contribute to optimizing warehouse performance and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and recording inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates of inventory transactions.
  • Coordinate the movement of products from receiving areas to designated storage locations.
  • Assist with putaway activities and storage location assignments to maximize warehouse space utilization.
  • Monitor inbound schedules and support the handling of unexpected or urgent inbound shipments.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
  • Work closely with warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inbound operations.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, inventory records, and related documentation.
  • Follow company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures at all times.
  • Support other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • At lease 1 year of experience in warehouse operations preferred, but not required.
  • Must be proficient in both speaking and writing in Chinese
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
