We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team and make an immediate impact in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced real estate agent, new agent, or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, the leads, and the mentorship that can take you beyond a six-figure income!
In this role, you will work with company generated and self-generated buyers and sellers on the sell/purchase of their homes and investment properties. You will be given the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients and prospects from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
  • Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
  • Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with our supportive staff in SWFL and CA/TX/TN
