Position Summary
The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for owning data governance, systems administration, and managing real estate transactional data and activity across a national retail portfolio of approximately 2,000 locations. This role serves as the central hub for real estate data integrity, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional system alignment, enabling efficient execution across Legal, Lease Administration, Construction, Facilities, and Finance. The Analyst will drive automation, data management, and process optimization initiatives while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all real estate platforms and stakeholders.
Data Governance & System Ownership
โ€ข Own data integrity across all real estate systems, including lease management platforms and internal databases
โ€ข Serve as system administrator for real estate platforms, portals, and related tools
โ€ข Establish, maintain, and enforce data governance standards, processes, and SOPs
โ€ข Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across all Real Estate and Lease Administration systems
โ€ข Perform and oversee monthly system reconciliations across applicable platforms
โ€ข Provide system access, support, and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders
