The Opportunity
We are excited to announce the expansion of our Austin, TX office. We are seeking a South/Central Austin licensed real estate agent to make an immediate impact by managing owner lease listings and working with our investors.
Whether you are an experienced real estate agent, new agent, or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, the leads, and the mentorship that can take you beyond a six-figure income! In this role, you will work with company generated and self-generated buyers and sellers on the sell/purchase of their homes and investment properties. You will be given the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients and prospects from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
  • Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
  • Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
  • Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for each vacant property
  • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time

What Qualifies You
  • Texas real estate license required
