As a part of our badass team (yep we said it), you'll help deliver our mission by joining a team of GOATS that, together will continue to grow the legacy of our brand and be brand stewards. The Managing Partner is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant. Responsible for teaching, training, and leading all Team Members during each shift, including coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members. They are also accountable for maximizing sales and profitability, controlling expenses, meeting budgetary constraints, handling guest complaints, and ensuring sanitation, safety, and food quality. The MP is a champion of our 1-4-7 philosophy and is expected to consistently model the behavior expected of a leader.
Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (with or without accommodation)
โ€ข High School Diploma or High School equivalency required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
โ€ข Requires 3+ years restaurant management experience
โ€ข Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
โ€ข Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
โ€ข Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
โ€ข Must be able to read, write and speak in English
โ€ข Must have reliable transportation
