Position Overview

The Managing Partner in Training is an individual who has the experience and skillset to rapidly acclimate into the Crunch culture while demonstrating a high performance culture mentality. They operate with speed and urgency in delivering outcomes. What You’ll Do:

As the Managing Partner in Training, you’ll be responsible for driving club profitability by energizing the team around clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You’ll focus on member satisfaction and retention by ensuring timely resolution of concerns, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a clean, fully operational facility. You’ll lead performance through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, while also managing staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage. With a deep understanding of our offerings and operations, you’ll uphold high standards across compliance, inventory, and overall club experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
  • Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention
  • Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards
  • Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent
  • Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance
  • Member focused in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7
  • Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time
  • Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards
  • Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking
  • Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred
  • Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred
  • Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required
  • Experience in Labor management and inventory control
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems
  • Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
  • Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity

  • This is a physical role requiring the team member to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
