Groomers are supported by receptionists and bathers so they can concentrate fully on grooming. Compensation by commission based on experience and output, plus a share of tips and an annual bonus. Paid vacation and 401K after three months. Great team of highly skilled groomers, loyal customers in a fast-paced environment.
