This is a unique opportunity to help establish a new community, build resident relationships, and create a positive living experience from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an organized, customer-focused leader with strong leasing, operational, and financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and lease apartment homes in compliance with Fair Housing laws
  • Pre-lease units and maintain an active waitlist of prospective residents
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong resident relationships
  • Collect rent, deposits, and fees utilizing OneSite software
  • Screen and qualify prospective residents
  • Coordinate preparation of vacant units, including oversight of renovations and make-readies
  • Maintain accurate records including traffic, applications, leases, notices, and work orders
  • Communicate property performance and recommendations to the Regional Director
  • Maintain organized resident and lease files
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee maintenance operations
  • Monitor property expenditures and operate within approved budgets
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and requests
  • Enforce community policies and procedures while maintaining positive resident relations
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of multifamily property management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience with a proven track record of successful leasing and resident retention
  • LIHTC experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and property management software experience
  • OneSite experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, team members, and management
  • Ability to balance resident satisfaction with policy enforcement and operational goals
